Saankhya Labs, a subsidiary of Tejas Networks, has been granted approval by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, under the Semiconductor Design Linked Incentive (DLI) scheme. This approval is for the development of a System-on-Chip (SoC) aimed at 5G telecom infrastructure equipment.

The DLI scheme offers financial incentives and design infrastructure support for the development and deployment of semiconductor designs. Saankhya’s application was evaluated by CDAC on behalf of MeitY and approved for reimbursement upon completion of development milestones.
