USPs
Signal aware Front haul compression IP
Based on Saankhya’ s patent pending technique this will reduce the front haul traffic, reducing the op-ex for the front haul.
Specialized ASIC that integrates multiple baseband functions (Future)
Low PHY, an IQ compression engine and differentiated IP like the CFR and DPD. This would replace the FPGA and other components in the RU design. This key feature will reduce the power consumption, cost and size of the RU. The reduction of power consumption will directly translate to reduced battery backup and directly impact the op-ex per site.
Support for RAN analytics and Low-level RIC (Future)
Patent pending “Dynamic cell edge detection”, that help interference management and modulate the emitted power. These techniques will improve both capacity and power consumption.
