EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 3-14 Years’ experience in Hands on testing and leading the Team
EDUCATION:
- Must be B. E/ B. S/ B. Tech/ M.S/ME/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication (Related branches will be considered)
- Strong academic background with excellent communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Define System Test specification based on Product Requirements, Use cases and 3GPP Standards
- Hands-on testing (Manual and Automation) of the Test cases
- Capable to Lead a group of Junior team members to achieve the desired tasks
MANDATORY SKILLS:
- Working experience in testing and validation of L1 (High PHY), MAC, RLC
- Working experience of 3GPP standards like LTE/5G-NR radio access technology (L1, MAC & RLC)
- Knowledge in Functional, Performance, Stress and Regression testing on DU SW including Flex RAN
- Working experience in Defining and Testing End to End Product Feature tests, SW/HW Performance tests
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Keysight/VIAVI/Spirent O-RAN Emulators testing and validation equipment
- Should have experience in 4G & 5G Features like Carrier Aggregation, Multi-Band, Modulation, Pre-coding, Beamforming, Fronthaul compression, DSS,
- MIMO, Channels (PDCCH, PUSCH, PUCCH, PRACH etc), HARQ
- Should have defined Test strategy, Working experience in bringing out Test Object list, Test criteria, Test case definition
- Must have 1 Year Test case execution and Instrumentation Automation experience with Python 3.x
- Working experience with Jira
- Good Communication and Test reporting skills
ADDITIONAL SKILLS (DESIRED):
- Experience with Microservices, Dockers, Containers, Kubernetes based Cloud automation & Orchestration technology.
- Field testing of Embedded products
